Where applicable, the seller may be responsible for fulfilling the order, product quality, descriptions, warranties, returns, and other obligations relating to that product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. MARKETPLACE FEES AND SELLER PAYMENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable, CraftsbyHamilton may charge sellers fees, commissions, subscription charges, transaction fees, promotional fees, or other charges for using Marketplace Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any applicable seller fees will be communicated through the relevant seller agreement, seller dashboard, pricing page, or other applicable documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seller payouts may be subject to applicable fees, refunds, cancellations, disputes, payment processing charges, and other adjustments permitted under the applicable seller terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
